Items marked with "S/O" or "Special Order" in the title and/or description, are SPECIAL ORDERS. This means that we have to order the item directly with Yamaha and it isn't stocked here on the shelf. It can therefore take up to 7 days to be delivered to you. If the item is out of stock with Yamaha then we endeavor to contact you within 24 hours to make you aware of this.
Items marked with "SRPO" or "Special Requested Parts" in the title and/or description, are SPECIAL REQUESTED PARTS ORDER. This means that we have to order the item directly with Yamaha and it isn't intended to be stocked here on the shelf. It can therefore take up to 7 days to be delivered to you. If the item is out of stock with Yamaha then we endeavor to contact you within 24 hours to make you aware of this. Please note that these types of orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee if you decide to return the item.
We only delivery to addresses within the United Kingdom (mainland). This is the only available option when paying for your item.
If you live outside of the United Kingdom, please do not try to get around our delivery options by modifying a UK address. Your item will not be shipped and any applicable PayPal fees will be deducted from the refund.
Orders over £50.00 are applicable for Free Postage.
Whilst we endeavour to dispatch your order same day, the cut off is usually is 11:00AM from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Due to collection delays/disruptions outside of our control, please allow an extra working day for dispatch for any important orders.
Any orders placed on a weekend or on a bank holiday, will be dispatched the next working day.
For items worth over £50.00, our preferred courier is FedEx. They endeavor to deliver the next working day. They will send you confirmation of dispatch and inform you of regular shipping updates once the parcel has been sent to you.
For smaller products (usually under £50.00) we will send these through Royal Mail using 2nd Class Postage with a 2-3 working day delivery aim.
Please ensure the accuracy of your delivery details at the time of order. If there are any errors with your delivery address then please notify us immediately.
This returns procedure is for items purchased through our website shop only.
We accept most* returns within 14 days of purchase. Please get in contact with us first before submitting a returns claim so we can come to a resolution that you are happy with. The buyer must pay for return postage (unless there is an error on our behalf) and we will offer you a replacement, exchange, credit or a refund (sent back to you using your original payment method).

If you are unsure whether it will fit your model, or it is the correct colour, then please contact us with your regisrtation and/or VIN and we will check the part number for you before ordering. Please note that these types of orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee if you decide to return the item.
All we ask if that the item is returned in its original packaging, with all labels and tags still attached, as well as other leaflets or instructions attached, and must remain in an unused and new condition. The item must not be defaced with writing, tape or stickers. The item MUST remain in a re-sellable condition. If the item or packaging has been defaced in any way then there will be an agreed deductible at a minimum of 25%.
Most of our products are either tagged or discreetly marked (not visible) to guarantee the authenticity and security of our items. Please do not remove these tags or any labels until you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. All of our items are sent with a receipt – if you wish to return the item then you must include a copy of the original receipt, your refund may be delayed if this is not included.
If a mistake was made with ordering and the item hasn't yet been dispatched, please let us know as soon as possible and we can cancel this for you.

When you send your item back so us, it is your responsibility to insure and obtain a proof of postage. We are not responsible for any damage or lost in transit cases - and you will have to take this up with your chosen postage courier.
