  • Provide a second form of ID (accepted: passport, payslip, utility/phone bill, council tax bill, bank statement, or credit card).
  • Be the named rider only — use of the motorcycle is restricted to you alone.
  • Passengers/pillions are permitted but are not covered by insurance.

2. Claims & Convictions

We must be made aware of any:

  • Insurance or non-insurance claims within the last 3 years.

  • Approval is required before riding in these cases.
  • Please notify us of these as early as possible, as insurer approval can take up to 2 working days.

Additional terms:

  • An additional 25% co-insurance applies to theft of the machine.
  • Your own vehicle keys AND your driving licence must be held by us during the test ride.
  • The rider is responsible for any motoring offences incurred during the test ride, unless a fault with the motorcycle is proven.

  • Maximum test-ride duration: 48 hours.
  • Test rides are for pleasurable use only — no commercial, commuting, training or off-road use.
  • Non-UK licence holders may ride only if they are permanent UK residents and provide additional ID (subject to insurer approval).
