• No purchase or test ride is necessary.
• Booking is highly recommended to avoid dissapointment. 
• Test rides are given subject to status. We reserve the right to refuse any test ride request.
• We can only accept riders of 18 years of age and older.
• You will be required to bring:
  • Driving licence.
  • Driving licence check code (https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence).
  • A second proof of address that must match to the address listed on your driving licence and be dated within the past 3 months (digital copies are acceptable).
  • You must also arrive in your own transport - this is so that we can hold the keys as a deposit whilst you are out on the test ride.
• You will need to bring motorcycle helmet plus appropriate riding gear. Note: we have a variety of motorcycle helmets, jackets, trousers, gloves and boots for sale in our clothing department.
• A license appropriate to the demo model is required and riders are normally required to have the relevant experience. In addition, convictions and insurance claims will be taken into account before a test ride is given.
• Official gifts are given free of charge to the rider following a completed test ride. Only one gift per rider is offered regardless of the number of test rides taken.
• Free gifts are available on a first come basis and are available subject to stock. Taking a test ride at this event as part of this promotion does not guarantee that a free gift will be provided. Always check with us before the test ride to confirm the availability of the gift.
• No cash alternative is offered as an alternative to the gift.
• PLEASE NOTE:
  • You must arrive 15 minutes before your appointment, this allows us time to sort out paperwork and answer any questions you may have. (for example: if your appointment is at 10:00, please arrive at 09:45)
  • If you arrive late for your appointment, we reserve the right to refuse your test ride to prevent it clashing or causing delays with another customers slot.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any test ride due to weather conditions that may make it unsafe for riders.
  • You only get a maximum of one hour on the bike for this event but we do invite you back for a longer test ride for another time.
• FREE T-Shirts T&C:
  The Yamaha Anniversary t-shirt is given free of charge to a rider only following a completed test ride.
  Only one t-shirt per rider is offered regardless of the number of test rides taken.
  Free t-shirts are available on a first come, first served basis and are subject to stock and local factors. Taking a test ride as part of this promotion does not guarantee that a free t-shirt will be provided. Always check with your dealer before the test ride to confirm the availability of the official Yamaha LIVE anniversary t-shirt and that one will be provided.
  No cash alternative is offered as an alternative to the Yamaha LIVE event t-shirt. It is available from sizes L - XL. Choice of sizes available during the event will vary by dealer, this is subject to availability and you may not receive the size of your choice.

• FREE to enter Price Draw to win a new XSR900 worth £10,610 - To enter, no purchase or test ride is necessary, and the competition is open to anyone over 18. Entrys must be made in person and you can enter the competition by scanning the QR code displayed within the showroom. The QR code is only active between 19/05/2023-21/05/2023.
  The free prize draw is open to any UK resident aged 18 years and over who visits a participating Yamaha dealer between 19th and 21st May 2023.
  No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.
  Entries can only be accepted via the official online entry form available in participating Yamaha dealers.Only one entry per person.
  Entries to the free prize draw close at 18.00 on Sunday 21st May 2023.
  The promoter is not responsible for any lost or illegible entries or entries received after the closing date.
  The prize is x1 (one) new XSR900 worth £10,600 (RRP) and includes on-the-road preparation charges, delivery to the winner’s nearest local Yamaha dealer, number plates, pre-delivery inspection, government first registration fee and vehicle excise duty. The winner is responsible for collection of the prize within 3 months of the closing date and will be required to provide insurance cover for the prize.
  The winner will be drawn at random from all entries on Friday 21st June 2023.
  The winner will be informed within 72 hours by either phone or email.

• FREE to enter Kids Colouring Competition - To enter, you can pick up your colouring sheet in store. No purchase or test ride is necessary. Pens and pencils will be provided on the day in a dedicated area, or, pop back with your colouring sheet by 22/05/2023. On the back of the colouring sheet we ask that the parent or guardian leave us their contact details (Full name, Childs first name, Childs age, Address, Contact number and Email) where we will then contact one winner on the 26th May. The bundle compromises of an Kids R7 Backpack, Paddock Blue Essentials T-Shirt (limited age sizes) and Paddock Blue Cap worth over £50.
